Lots of little flowers...

To help get myself back in the tatting groove, I chose to make some little flowers from Mary Maynard's Tatting Rings of Flowers. In no particular order, they are: #1, #9, #10, #11, and #15. There's also one I can't identify, so I must have made a mistake... oops!

The squares are pattern #4 - Double Outline Diamond from the Square Deal Weave-Along. Can you tell what my Wednesday night challenge is?

  1. I really like these diamonds too! Are you going to make these into a bag? The tatted bits are great too! Do I recognize "leafy" green in there?

  2. I am planning to make some bags out of my weavings. I have a wonderful sampler of Amy Butler fabrics that I hope will go well with the yarn... I want to line them, but haven't decided exactly how I'll go about it. I might make a little zipper pouch and stitich it in. Yes, that's "leafy" green! I wonder where I put my first "leafy" piece? This one was made out of left-overs on the shuttle... hmmm, guess I'd better start organizing/cleaning my house!

  3. The diamonds and the flowers are so pretty. And, you are such a dear to send all of the those lovely gifts to Sherry. We are all really blessed to have you and her!
